杭州美食又一新发现

继天德坊之后,我们又发现了一处杭州美食:老郑盐蘸牛肉。

店面装潢真是一般,可是人丁旺盛,让你感觉这里口碑不错,想要尝试。

因为招牌是盐蘸牛肉,自然要试吃一下。牛肉呈白色,网上有说是黄牛肉,以冷盘形式上菜,薄薄的片,配以黄色的蘸料,盐肯定是主要成分,因为很咸很咸,至于黄色的是什么我就没可知了。之所以推荐这里的牛肉,是我一直相信或者认为美食不是靠香料的堆叠来掩饰食物本身的味道,而是通过工艺和香料的配合来彰显食物的原汁原味。这牛肉便是成功的例子,初尝也许觉得味道平平,但仔细回味便是地道牛肉应有的香味,不腻、清香。

店里的其他小炒、煲汤似乎都很有南方特色,因为食量有限,只叫了笋干丝瓜和西湖莼菜汤,看到旁边人吃的鲫鱼汤也很是鲜美,总之要再找机会试试其他的菜品。
